At LimitedXRun.com, our focus is to create and deliver quality apparel that will fit with the needs of your reality. Whether you are at work, at play, or simply lounging around… we want you to be excited and happy about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Some restrictions do apply.

To be eligible for a return or exchange on your LimitedXRun.com purchase:

  • Your item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date,
  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,
  • Your item(s) must contain printing or design errors,
  • Your item(s) must be a defective or damaged product,
  • Your item(s) must not be a product that you have designed yourself,
  • Your item(s) must be shipped back to us in the original packaging,
  • Your item(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item(s), and whether or not your return meets with the approved eligibility for a refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you qualify and have not yet received a refund:

  • First check your bank account again,
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted,
  • And lastly, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have followed all of these steps and your refund has still not been received, please contact us at info@limitedxrun.com.

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they meet with the Return Policy eligibility. If you meet these eligibility requirements, please send us an email at info@limitedxrun.com, and send your item to 6 – 397 Harbord Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6G 1J1.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

In circumstances where the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own personal address to give to you later:

  • Once received and approved by LimitedXRun.com, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.

SHIPPING

Any product that is returned must be addressed to 6 – 397 Harbord Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6G 1J1.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
